Shipping
United States. Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5–8 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your piece leaves our hands.
Pakistan. Delivery is available in Pakistan. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping options and charges. For local fulfillment questions, email support@nafsshop.com. We currently deliver only within the United States and Pakistan.
Packaging. Each piece arrives folded in tissue with its collection card — ready to give, or to keep.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Email support@nafsshop.com with your order number — we respond within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the piece reaching our atelier. Size exchanges (S / M / L) ship free, one time per order.
