United States. Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5–8 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your piece leaves our hands.
Worldwide. We ship to 32 countries across North America, Europe, the Gulf, Asia and Oceania — your country will appear at checkout if we deliver there. International delivery takes 8–15 business days depending on destination. Duties, where applicable, are charged by your local customs authority at delivery.
Packaging. Each piece arrives folded in tissue with its collection card — ready to give, or to keep.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Email support@nafsshop.com with your order number — we respond within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the piece reaching our atelier. Size exchanges (S / M / L) ship free, one time per order.
